1. Introduction

Welcome to YouWear.ai, a web platform operated byDRAWDOTS LTD, Company No. 15084479, registered at 71 – 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“YouWear.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and DRAWDOTS LTD governing your access to and use of the YouWear.ai website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date, and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

YouWear.ai allows users to (i) generate original graphic designs through artificial-intelligence models using text prompts and/or reference images, (ii) preview those designs on apparel, and (iii) purchase physical products featuring the selected design, produced on-demand by our fulfillment partners. Design generation is free; payment is required only when an order is placed.

4. User Content & AI-Generated Designs

4.1 Your Uploads & Prompts

You retain all rights to photographs, text prompts, and other materials (“User Content”) you upload. You grant YouWear.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for (a) providing the Service, (b) manufacturing the ordered products, and (c) internal machine-learning improvement in anonymised form.

4.2 AI Output Ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, the copyright in AI-generated output (“AI Designs”) belongs to you, provided you have complied with these Terms. You grant YouWear.ai the same licence as in Section 4.1 to produce, fulfil, and display mock-ups of your AI Designs.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that User Content and AI Designs do not infringe any third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you authorise us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or customs fees.

6. Production, Shipping & Returns

Products are printed on-demand. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are non-binding. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or mis-printed, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the item. Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for sizing or preference issues.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service—including the YouWear.ai name, logo, software, and pre-loaded design assets—is owned by DRAWDOTS LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international IP laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (i) use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or obscene purposes; (ii) upload content you do not own or otherwise have rights to; (iii) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iv) use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Service; or (v) infringe any third-party rights.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service may create liability for us. Upon termination, rights granted to you will cease, but sections intended to survive (e.g., ownership, indemnity, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAWDOTS LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRAWDOTS LTD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your User Content or AI Designs; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and DRAWDOTS LTD agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer residing outside the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
