Returns Policy("Perfect-Print Promise" Reprint & Refund Guidelines)

1. Overview

All YouWear.ai products are custom-made to order; therefore we don't keep inventory that can be restocked or resold. In line with industry leaders like Printful and Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (wrong size, color, or a change of heart).

However, if we make a mistake—mis-print, manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item shipped—we'll put it right at our expense. That guarantee is the core of our Perfect-Print Promise.

2. Eligible for Free Reprint or Refund

  • Mis-printed artwork (blurred, off-center, wrong colors)
  • Manufacturing defects (holes, faulty stitching)
  • Wrong size, style, or color shipped (our fault)
  • Transit damage (rips, stains, crushed box)
  • Package lost in transit (no carrier scan for 14 days domestic,
    30 days international)

3. Not Covered

  • Buyer-selected wrong size or color(Every brand has a size chart—please measure before ordering.)
  • Slight color variation vs. on-screen preview(Fabric and monitor settings can cause minor shifts.)
  • Damage from washing, drying, or everyday wear
  • Low-resolution images uploaded by customer

4. Time Limit for Claims

Submit all claims within 30 days of delivery (or the last carrier scan for lost packages). This mirrors the 30-day window used by Printful and Printify.

5. How to File a Claim

  1. Email hello@youwear.aiwith your order number.
  2. Attach at least one clear photo that shows the issue.
  3. Briefly describe what went wrong.

We reply within one business day. Once approved, you choose:free reprint (expedited) or a full refund to your original payment method. You keep the defective item—no return shipping required.

6. Order Cancellations

Production starts quickly. You can cancel or edit an order within one hour of purchase by emailing support. After that, we can't guarantee changes, but we'll try our best.

7. Gifts & Bulk Orders

Gift orders and bulk runs (50 + items) follow the same Perfect-Print Promise. For bulk reprints we may request returning 5 % of units for quality control; we cover that return label.

8. Return-to-Sender Parcels

If a carrier returns a parcel due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we'll contact you. We can reship once you pay a new postage fee (original shipping is non-refundable).

9. Policy Updates

We review this policy twice a year against market standards. Any material changes will appear here at least 14 days before taking effect.
