1. What is YouWear.ai and how does it work?

YouWear.ai is a free AI design studio. Enter a text prompt or upload an image, let our AI generate unique graphics in seconds, preview them on apparel, then order only if you love the result.

2. Is design generation really free?

Yes. Create and iterate endlessly at no cost. You pay only when you place a physical product order.

3. Who owns the AI-generated design?

You do—100 percent commercial rights. Once generated, the artwork is yours to print, sell, or share.

4. What apparel styles and sizes do you carry?

Multiple brands and fits: classic unisex tees, heavyweight premium tees, eco-cotton sweatshirts, and tanks, typically XS–5XL. Exact fabric and size charts live on each product page.

5. How long does production take?

Fast—1 to 3 business days. We email tracking as soon as your item ships.

6. What are the shipping times?

USA, UK and Canada: 3–6 business days after production.
Europe: 3–7 business days after production.
Rest of world: 5–15 business days after production.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. You'll see the exact cost before paying.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide with door-to-door tracking on every parcel.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most local wallets supported by Stripe.

10. What is your return or refund policy?

Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept size or style returns. If your order arrives damaged, mis-printed, or in the wrong size or color, email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.

11. How do I report an issue with my order?

Email support@youwear.ai with your order number and a clear photo. We respond within one business day.

12. Will my designs be visible to other users?

No. Designs stay private in your account and are stored for as long as your account remains active.

13. Can I edit or cancel an order after checkout?

We begin production quickly, so edits or cancellations are possible only within the first hour after purchase. Contact support immediately and we'll do our best to help.

14. What printing method do you use?

High-resolution direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based, eco-friendly inks for soft hand feel and vibrant color.

15. How accurate are the colors on screen versus the final print?

Digital previews are close, but slight variances may occur due to monitor settings and fabric absorption. We calibrate printers regularly to keep colors consistent.

16. What image formats can I upload as a reference?

PNG, JPEG, and WebP up to 10 MB each. Higher-resolution images yield better AI results.

17. Can I buy designs without ordering a garment?

At the moment, downloads aren't available. Our focus is delivering premium physical products.

18. Do you offer bulk or team orders?

Yes. For 50 or more units, email sales@youwear.ai for volume pricing and extra garment options.

19. Is gift packaging available?

Gift notes are free. Add your message at checkout and we'll include a branded card without pricing. Premium gift wrap launches later this year.

20. Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Every shipment includes door-to-door tracking emailed automatically once the carrier scans the package.

21. Are your inks eco-friendly?

Absolutely. We use water-based, toxin-free inks that meet both EU and US environmental standards.

22. Do you store my payment information?

No. All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant processors. We never see or store full card numbers.

23. Can I delete my account and designs?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Delete Account or email privacy@youwear.ai. We remove personal data and designs within 30 days, except where we must retain records for tax or fraud-prevention.

24. Will you ever show my design publicly?

Never without your explicit consent. Your designs remain private unless you share them.

25. Do you offer coupon codes?

We occasionally email promo codes to subscribers and post flash sales on our Facebook page. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social to stay in the loop.
