1. Overview
Every YouWear.ai garment is printed on‑demand just for you. Our fulfilment network spans the USA, UK, EU and APAC regions, letting us deliver quickly while keeping inventory waste near zero—an approach used by leading print‑on‑demand platforms such as Printful and Printify.
2. Production Time
Your item enters production within minutes of a successful payment and is usually ready to ship in 1 – 3 business days. (Industry average is 2 – 5 days.) During peak seasons or large campaigns, production may extend by 1‑2 days—we'll email you if that happens.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce) as well as regional couriers to keep costs down and delivery times short. The carrier is auto‑selected at dispatch based on destination, weight, and reliability data.

5. Shipping Rates
Your exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is based on:
- Destination country and postal code
- Weight and quantity of items
- Real‑time carrier rates and fuel surcharges
This "calculated‑at‑checkout" model mirrors Printify and Printful best practices, ensuring you only pay what the carrier charges.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the fulfilment centre, we email a tracking link. Status updates typically appear within 24 hrs; international scans may update less frequently while in transit.
7. Taxes, Duties & Customs
US, UK and EU‑bound orders usually clear with no additional fees. Shipments to other countries may incur import duties or local taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility, as is common across print‑on‑demand platforms.
8. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- You can update a shipping address within 1 hour of purchase—email support ASAP.
- Packages marked "Return to Sender" due to incorrect address can be reshipped for a new postage fee.
9. Split Shipments
Large or multi‑item orders may ship in separate parcels to speed up delivery. You'll get a unique tracking link for each package.
10. Lost or Stalled Packages
A package is considered lost if there's no carrier scan for 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international). Contact us and we'll investigate, then reprint or refund per our Refund Policy.
11. Peak Season Notes
Black Friday, Cyber Monday and December volumes may add 2‑4 days to transit times. Order early to avoid disappointment—industry‑wide advice echoed by Printful and Redbubble.
