Perfect-Print Promise

1. Overview
Every YouWear.ai product is made to order—printed only after you hit “Checkout.” Because your item is custom, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g. wrong size or color chosen). However, if we make a mistake, we fix it. That's our Perfect-Print Promise:
- Free reprint or refund for damaged goods, mis-prints, or wrong items.
- 30 days from delivery—or from the last tracking scan if a package is lost.
- No need to ship defective items back to us. Just send clear photos.
2. What Qualifies for a Reprint or Refund?
- Manufacturing defects—holes, tears, bad stitching.
- Print errors—faded, off-center, or wrong artwork.
- Wrong size, style, or color shipped (our fault).
- Transit damage—rips, stains, or moisture damage on arrival.
- Lost package—no tracking updates for 14 days past ETA.
3. What Isn't Covered?
- Buyer-selected wrong size or color. (Check our size charts before ordering.)
- Minor color variation vs. your screen—digital mock-ups may vary slightly on fabric.
- Damage from washing, drying, or wear and tear.
- Design uploaded at low resolution by user.
4. How to File a Claim
- Email hello@youwear.ai within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and
at least one clear photo showing the issue. - We reply within 1 business day with next steps.
Approved claims get a free reprint shipped ASAP, or a full refund to the original payment method. Shipping for replacements is on us.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds usually post within 5–10 business days after our confirmation email. If it's late, first check your bank or PayPal account, then contact your card issuer. Still no luck? Email us and we'll trace it.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay your resolution. We're happy to fix legitimate issues quickly—just reach out first.
7. Updates to This Policy
We review our policy against industry standards from Printful, Printify, and other POD leaders periodically. Any material changes appear here at least 14 days before taking effect.
