Is it really free to design?
Yes. Make, compare and change as many designs as you like. You only pay when you order shirts.
Do I need design skills or a logo?
No. Your business name and what you do are enough: the AI turns them into a print-ready design. If you have a logo, upload it and use it as it is, or as the starting point.
How much does it cost?
You see the price per shirt before you order, with no setup fees. Bulk pricing starts at 2 items and goes up to 25% off, applied automatically. Shipping is $4.95 for the first tee, $1.95 for each extra (hoodies $5.95 and $2.95), free on 12+ items.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt or a hundred. Every product, color and size in your cart counts toward the bulk discount.
How long until my shirts arrive?
Printing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, then shipping is tracked to your door. Most US orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks; the design page shows the estimate for your country before you pay.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Our Perfect-Print Promise covers it: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong item, size or color, email a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you. Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of mind or size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Printing starts quickly, so changes or cancellations are possible only within the first hour after you order. Contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Who owns the design?
You do. Your designs stay private in your account unless you share them.
