Do I have to pay to try a design?
No, designing is free. Your first designs need no account at all; sign in with your email to keep going, and we’ll save what you made. You only pay when you order.
What photos work best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face (or the pet) fills most of the picture. A phone photo is perfect. You can also skip the photo and just describe what you want.
Can I change the design after it’s made?
Yes. Ask for a change in your own words, try another look, add your own text or upload another picture, on the front and the back.
How long does it take to arrive?
We print your order in 1–2 business days, and in the US it arrives in 3–7 business days in all. The design page shows the dates for your country.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we reprint it for free or refund you. Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
